Dear Sir/Madam,

As an Employer, We have declared Employee headcount Between 51 to 1000 in Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana (ABRY) Employer Declaration.

We are getting subsidy for both Employee and Employer Share (24%) for eligible employees.

Now, Employee headcount is going to exceed 1000.

We request you to please do the needful for following things:

1.Will an establishment continue to get support for both Employee and Employer Share (24%) even if the number of contributing EPF members with UAN exceeds 1000 in the forthcoming wage month during the scheme period.

2.Is it required to edit Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana (ABRY) Employer Declaration.

3.Do we change and declare Employee head count Above 1000 in Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana (ABRY) Employer Declaration.

4.Will our establishment continue to get subsidy of employer’s share even if the number of contributing EPF members with UAN exceeds 1000 during the scheme period.

5.Is it possible to edit and declare Employee head count Above 1000 in Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana (ABRY) Employer Declaration.

6.If we declare Employee head count Above 1000, will our establishment continue to get subsidy of employer’s share.

Thanks
