Hello,

What paper should a recruitment agency (Proprietorship) use for a tie-up agreement with clients?
1) Plain paper
2) Letterhead
3) Stamp paper (If yes, then how much rupees stamp paper?)

Thank you.

Most clients will only give you a PO. Few of them will bother to sign an agreement.

But if you are doing it, it's in reverse order of preference (meaning a Stamp Paper agreement is the best), but I am not sure clients will be willing to sign them.

Hi Hardik,

All official written communications should be on letterhead. This ensures clarity regarding the sender of the letter. You can also use a properly constructed email that includes all contact details.

Hope the above information is helpful.

Harsh

Mr. Harsh has already replied very well. All communication, terms, and conditions must be in black and white and signed. Please request acceptance of the conditions may be by mail initially; later on, a signed copy is a must.
