Respected Seniors, Last month accidentally I generated the UAN number of one employee. I came to know this month that though I have generated his UAN number but didn't draw his ESIC. (His gross is below 21k). His actual joining date was 6 July 2021 and now I have generated his ESIC on dated 19 Aug 2021. Please let me know what are the steps to avoid the notice from the ESIC office and how to pay his arrears?
