Sir, one of my friends has turned 58 years old, and she has claimed the PF amount online. Her total service is around 12 years. We attempted to claim the EPS fund online, but an error is appearing: "E03: Benefit against the Scheme certificate has already been taken." Kindly advise on how to proceed with this.

Dear Sir, As the service period is more than 10 years, now she is eligible for pension, therefore, amount deposited in pension fund can not be withdrawn.
