Can someone help me with a draft that I can share with my employees to introduce and implement HR software in the company?

In my many previous posts I have requested “the poster should give detailed description of the topic, in which capacity the query is raised, specific topic of the query or the problem for which they are seeking expert advice”.
From your post it is not cleared which type of software you want to implement. There are various software related to attendance-leave, payroll, training and engagements etc. In which capacity you will draft the mail (The facilitator or HR Head).
Drafting a mail is not a big task, the more important point is how the contents are described in the mail.
While drafting mail, pls note the below points:-
1. First of all describe purpose to implement the software.
2. How to use the software and what kind of information/s can be accessed.
3. What are the core benefits.
4. If points related to employement laws of statutory obligations also involved, these must be identified and mentioned in the mail.
5. To whom employee can contact in case they face difficulty?
6. In many company the HR prepare a PPT in which step by step process displayed through screen shot and highlight the area where to click.
Though I have not involved in any such activity, but sharing views on basis of various mails sent by our HR.
Senior may suggest more relevant inputs.
