Suppose that if an employee is already an EPF member or already registered in EPF but right now he is saying that he is not interested in EPF and does not want to deduct EPF, then which process should we follow?

If someone is working in an organization covered under EPFO and the employee is also a covered employee, then he/she has to be a member of EPF and will continue as a member even if his/her wages exceed the coverage limit until becoming an excluded member.

It cannot be as per the wish or will of any person.
