I want to know about Eid Bonus. Our company is planning to give Eid bonus to anyone who joins earlier or late before Eid. We want to provide a one-day bonus also if someone joins in that case too. Please help me by uploading an Excel sheet or other materials describing the method or way to calculate daily or monthly bonuses if someone joins late.
