Hello everyone, I have one query please, as due to mistake, pension contribution being deducted in a wrong manner, i.e. for wages of Rs. 15000/- the employer's contribution was deposited as under:-
employer's contribution:- A/c No. 1 = 1259/-
A/c no. 10 = 541/-
Total = 1800/-
Whereas it supposed to be 550/- & 1250/- respectively.
In this regard, I have sent 3-A (Revised) forms to the PF office, but they refused and sent back all the papers mentioning that "Establishment is advised to clarify the matter with undertaking regarding any discrepancy and also submit ID proofs of members."
Now the question is what does mean Undertaking? is there any format for that? if not, then, what will be the matter in undertaking...???
Thanks in advance.
