Hi, I had joined a Pvt LTD company in 2019, as per the offer letter they were supposed to promote me as an assistant manager and my salary will be revised after completion of the probation period which was not done, one month later the lockdown was initiated.
In October I had sent an email to HR asking for the status, I was given confirmation on email stating that the terms would be settled once the office reopens. It's been 5 months but still, they have not revised my designation and the salary.
