Hello everyone,

Greetings of the day. I have a query regarding one of the employees who applied for a transfer claim from the previous employer. When I checked his transfer claim, it was located in the Inaction-able section. Unfortunately, there is no option available to approve this through digital signature or to delete it.

How can I approve this transfer claim? What could be the reason behind this issue?

Perhaps they have opted for DSC verification by present employer, or his KYC is not yet verified by the present employer digitally
