The management has asked me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation where I have to explain how I would achieve a target of 100 crores this financial year with the help of the sales team. I also need to outline how I would set goals for the new sales members across India, generate business, and define their responsibilities in achieving the target. Please help.

The first sentence of your post is confusing. You could have written, "Currently, I am being interviewed for the leadership role in the sales team" or "I have applied for the post of ______ in _______ (nature of the company)."
You have raised the post with insufficient information. What is the nature of your industry? What will be your designation? How many salespersons will report to you? How many persons are already employed, and how many you will recruit after your selection? What types of products will your company sell? Overall, what will be the qualification of the salespersons?
You have been told to prepare the sales plan to achieve Rs 100 Cr in sales in the forthcoming financial year. However, what is the current sales revenue?
Did the company hire any professional agency to do market research? Are the salespersons focusing on the right market segment? What is the guarantee that they are not barking up the wrong tree?
Has the company done any research on why sales calls fail and why some succeed? Have the lessons learned been recorded in an organized manner?
There are so many questions associated with your post. Unless we get replies to the above questions, no suggestions can be given. Building a financial sales plan of Rs 100 Cr will require a lot of information, and the exercise is not akin to building castles in the air!
