Hi, Please guide on the double service in the same period for some of our employees. they are facing problems to take any type of claim benefit. What will be the solution in this scenario?

Are you still employed with company A??
If not then ask them to update your Date of Exit (A). Post updation of your DOE you would be able to transfer your PF amount in to new account (A to B).
If previous employer is not updating your DOE, then you can also update the same.
