The employer, in relation to any eligible establishment, shall file one Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) in respect of all employees for each wage month. With respect to new employees, this should be done in a way that leads to an increase in benefits. Any revision, correction, or modification in such ECR shall not be allowed for claiming any enhanced benefits at any future date.
