I would like to understand, I have completed my B.Com in 2016 from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (Distance Education) without giving the 10th and 12th exams. (To get admission, you have to clear the entrance exam and you can opt for B.Com, B.A, or B.Sc.). So, now I don't have the 10th and 12th Marksheet.
I have 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, currently working in an MNC. They hired me and took exceptional approval from the director.
Now I feel like I'm stuck in the same company and can't join any other company.
What should I do now? Should I go and enroll for the 10th via NIOS?

Certainly; 10th Standard Pass is generally considered as the Minimum General Educational Qualification particularly for mother tongue and any second language.

Why are you feeling stuck? Is there any reason related to your qualification? I believe that education matters a lot, but many times your core experience in the industry leverages your career growth. Anyhow, completing 10th and 12th grade will be worth it to fill the gap. Education is important, but more important is your knowledge and skills acquired on the ground and their best application in the growth of your career.

Experience and capability are vital for progress in any job. Formal qualifications are equally important. So, join up to gain recognized qualifications. There are many people who have great skills and practical experience but somehow lack a formal degree or certification. It is important that such talented individuals continue with their work but try to acquire formal degrees through night classes or correspondence courses from UGC-recognized universities. Eventually, talent and ability will speak.

Many a time, employers ask for a formal qualification as a basis of selection. So, keeping the requirement of required qualifications - degree, PG, etc., please join night classes or correspondence classes from recognized colleges/universities/institutes and obtain formal degrees, etc. However, what will subsequently help in career progress are your skills and talents, which you have in plenty.
It is a matter of time to get a qualification, stick around with the present job, and then apply for new jobs after putting in place the minimum qualifications needed.

After having completed a B.Com from a recognized university, is there any point in pursuing 10th or 12th? I believe one should consider enrolling in a postgraduate program or a worthwhile diploma instead. The 10th/12th certificate used to serve as a reference point for date of birth and caste matters. However, now Aadhar has become the primary reference for both. In my opinion, obtaining 10th/12th certificates may not hold much productive value, and the individual seeking advice can opt for further education in a field of interest if desired.

As a recognized university approves and proves that you are eligible for appearing for the graduation examination. Now, no one will ask you, and if the question arises, you can answer that the university permits you, and you are a graduate of the recognized university.

Don't know how any university can bypass the education system and award a degree to a person who does not have the basic requirements. Either the university is fake/not approved or there is certainly some issue with your certificates.

Yes, education is mandatory, but what if the person has more experience than education? Over time, education takes a back seat, and experience speaks louder. Sharpen your axe so that when the time comes, you can use it properly.
