I hereby writing this to get your kind assistance on making a Global employment offer letter. Our company is in Dubai and we have no other office branches anywhere. So basically our corporate office is in Dubai. Most of the employees are working remotely from different countries, So, I need to make global employment offer letter in which I can make changes in respect to the particular country's laws. Let say for India , what would be the standard Yearly leaves to be offered(Casual Leave, Sick leave, Earned Leave etc..)
We have our standard offer letter template for local hirings (Dubai).
Can Anyone please guide me on this part. Please share if You have any such offer letter template.
