In mid-June, I was able to get a broadband connection and informed my supervisor that I could start working. After waiting for some time, on the 24th, he asked me to log in and start working.
I worked for the remainder of June and July, with occasional leaves due to power cuts and network issues. On the 3rd of August, salary was paid for all other employees except me. I was informed that the delay was due to the leaves I had taken causing the issue. My manager raised a request to correct the issue and pay the salary on the next payout cycle (10th of the month).
A few days later, my laptop stopped working due to damage, and I needed the salary to repair it. I informed my supervisor, who stated that I needed to wait for the payout date for the salary.

The EC department keeps giving false commitments, and I have been unable to repair my laptop, hindering my ability to work for more than a month. I am being asked to wait for the next payout date, which could be either the 10th or 18th of September.
Please guide me on what steps I should take to get my salary, as I am tired of emailing and calling the EC department repeatedly regarding the issue.
