Hi, Wife is working in a firm and getting a salary below ESIC ceiling limit of Rs. 21000. but her husband's salary is more than 45000/-. can her spouse and her family members including her father and mother get all the medical benefits(treatment)?.

The Husband will definitely get esic spousal benefit. Parents will need to be shown as dependents on her as sole provider.
