Please find attached an Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 11.08.2020 by the Governor of Punjab, promulgating the CLRA (Punjab Amendment) Ordinance 2020 amending the CLRA Act. As per this notification/ordinance, the existing applicability of the Act to establishments employing 20 or more workmen has been increased to 50 or more.
