Dear All, As per the new format in PF gross wages required in ECR for the details. Referred many sites but it's creating many confusion.
Salary structure is - Basic+Conveyance+HRA+Sp.all+Other All
Would like to know for below query (As per Gujarat Govt. Act)
1) In Gross wages which components should be included?
2) Pf deduction on basic or on Gross wages?
3)Minimum Wages should be equal to Gross or CTC?
4) Gross wages & EPF wages difference
