Dear All, My company follows the norm of Providing PF to all employees who are below 15000 Basic +Da.
No one above the basic salary of 15000 gets PF in our company.
I have someone who is joining in the management cadre and wants PF to be deducted.
If we have filed with the PF Office, that we will provide PF to 15K and below, can i make exception for just one candidate who is above 15K and give him a PF?
please help - urgent , thanks
