Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day! I work in an automobile dealership company as an HR. I recently claimed Form 19 for an employee from their previous company. However, when attempting to claim Form 10 C (EPS), I received a message stating "EPS date of Exit not available."

Could you please explain the reason behind this message? Additionally, how can we input the date of exit in EPS to enable the complete withdrawal of the pension amount?

Looking forward to your prompt response.

Thank you.

Please log in to the respective EPF Member Portal and enter the Date of Exit. You may find the status in the Member Portal. It appears the member is in your employment. You should have applied for a transfer to his present member ID.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked in a company, Salvation Security Service Private Limited, for 2 years. I am withdrawing EPF 19 form online, but when I claim online for Form 10c, I receive a message on my screen stating that the EPS date of joining or date of leaving EPS is not available. Kindly educate me on the reason behind this message and how I can input the date of exit in EPS for complete pension money withdrawal.

Hope to hear from you soon.

EPS claims cannot be filed for members below the age of 58, but they can be accumulated or transferred to the next employment. Only individuals who have reached the age of 58 are eligible, and this information is displayed on their portal.
