I would like to know if the employer is issuing notice for 1 month. During the notice period, if the employer closes the office for 3 days every week (4 days working, 3 days off every week), will the salary be deducted, or will I receive the full month's salary?

The one month's notice mentioned in the post is the notice of termination issued by the employer. Of course, by customary practice, no employer would allow the employee serving the notice period even to avail any leave. However, if the employer himself changes the weekly work pattern according to his convenience, the employee is entitled to full wages or salary as if he had worked throughout the wage period. No salary can be deducted for the holidays.

The employer changes the weekly working days pattern at his own will and volition, and hence denies the employees full wages if one has attended all the working days in a month (4 working days per month).
The employer has issued a one-month notice to an employee as a prelude to termination of your service, presumably as per the employment contract. In any case, the employer is bound to pay one month's full salary/wages to you.
