Our employees are residing in a red zone but are able to come to the office. However, for whatever reason, one employee has not been coming for a week. Should we deduct his salary for this absence? Kindly reply.

If he is staying in red zone, he is not expected to moving around. So dont cut his salary. It wont be legally tenable
