Hi,
In my CTC, Employer PF contribution is not included (only Employee PF is included) but my employer is deducting Employer PF contribution from my take home salary.
On highlighting the same multiple times, not acknowledging the issue. Neither ready to pay my actual take home nor adding Employer's PF to CTC.
I am receiving Rs.21.6K p.a. lesser than CTC and have been raising the issue but outrightedly given 'no revision required' replies.
Please suggest if my concern is legit and is there any solution.

Employer PF contribution is the responsibility of Employer.he can show it in CTC if they want but it is the whole and sole responsibility of employer to pay his share.
Non payment of employers share is an offence.
Please take it up in writing with employer.
EPF statement will show your share and employers share of PF.
Proof that employer is deducting employers share from employee itself is important to substantiate your complaint/issue.
If nothing is done by employer,EPF can be contacted for redressal.
