I joined a company recently as developer, they have stability clause of 18 months, right now i am on probation period now of 6 months. I was okay with it but when i joined company i got to know that there is no professionalism and unhealthy work environment. but if i leave the company now they wont process my exit formalities like relieving letter etc. i am ready to serve notice period of 45 days...any suggestions?
