If you are outsourcing job work, then you need to establish a work contract with the service provider (contractor). The contractor should have all licenses in line with the prevailing labor laws. However, that does not mean that you do not need to obtain a factory license. You must obtain a factory license by applying to the office of the Inspector of Factories & Boilers.
