Can somebody explain maternity leave policy (six months) Is it mandatory for all start up to provide?

kindly refer to the Maternity act amendment 2017. yes it is mandatory for every employer .
specially working in a startup to avoid negative markings during auditing and due diligence.
you have to maintain a muster roll for all the female employee on a monthly basis and have to draft a policy which is fully complianced. if you want i can help you with the maternity policy ... kindly revert back .
