After servicing more than 25 year to a big house in different location with managerial capacity, at new location, new unit, with in a short period say 5 year can terminate him without any cause, simply referring appointment letter term and condition. This house has a very good reputation of managing the business by ethics and value.

Dear Sanju,
It is unfortunate to note that what has happened with you, nevertheless, there is something more that meets the eye. Has some new "boss" taken over? Have you fallen out of favour from some senior? Were there performance issues? Are you adequately skilled to handle the work of current times?
Is your boss MBA and you are not conversant with the management terms and phrases that he expects you to know?
You had been working in managerial capacity? But what was your designation? Is there mismatch between length of your service and the designation?
Anyway, if you have been forced to resign then it is better to you move on gracefully. Any efforts to stay on will bad blood further.
If you have worked in the reputed business house that is known for ethics and values then getting a job is not a challenge. Occasionally we meeting with some accident. You have suffered because of the career's accident. You could get upset because of what has happened with you. But then you still have the productive years left with you. Therefore, take in your stride what has happened and move on.
Thanks,

This is unfortunate.
You being manager if they force to resign means that they dont need your services.
Why?
I suggest have self review of whole situation, what and where is the problem.
If you think that there is no synch with management its better to quit.
If you think you are in better position and still they dont need you, choose to move out gracefully and amicably.
Your experience and skills will fetch you better job,be ware that you leave organisation with amicable terms.
I believe in keep moving inspite of bitter experiences in life.
Believe me something good is in store for you.
Just keep your moral high and aim positive things in life.

Dear Sir,
Thanks what you suggested I have done,Resigned and moved out .But at the time after 25 year of long association, having the strong faith on their culture and value, some where I feel cheated as I was moved to new location by management wish,I have a position (higher as compare to previous unit) but the new unit did not like this and they did not consider the new position to me as I was moved there without their concerned,I am outsider for them,I was transferred there by corporate wish which they don't like.I have conveyed my concerned to local unit all concerned person personally and through e mail, where I did not get any response from there end. When contacting corporate they say that every thing will be good. They did not assigned me role as per my profile and JD.At the time of my rating the appraise me with wrong perception. There was nothing in my hand in that unit except support from Corporate but at the end I was bound to leave the compony. There my promotion was a due but local unit wants to itrested to some one else. This was the case.

Deat Sanju 768,
Let me tell you that similar thing happened to me about which I came to know that it was core management who wanted me to come out and put the papers instead they asking me to resign.
In your case also Management played a simple politics to put you under pressure and then probably a bit harrasment so that you yourself come forward and resign as management never wanted to come forward and tell you that your services are no more rwquired.
It is a sort of game they play in business if they want some one to be thrown out.
Mere politics bro.
Leave it and move ahead with more confidence and positivity.
Wish you all the luck.
