Currently our company is a proprietorship firm, but now we want to convert it to Partnership firm so i want to know what are the procedure to do the same changes in PF, ESIC, Professional Tax & other labour laws. Do we need to apply for a new registration number or can we continue with the same number for the above mentioned statutory.
