Dear All!!!!
I am working in a manufacturing company in the payroll dept.We have three types of staff, Office staff, store staff and the workers.The workers are only entitled to have the overtime.Can any body help me put with a formula to calculate the overtime for the workers. I am trying to make a system in excel to calculate the leaves, late coming attendance etc. But only in calculating the overtime of the workers am not been able to do that.Would be very grateful if any body kindly help me out from this situation.

In such a situation, Excel would help you little and is not upgradable enough as well. Instead, you can opt for payroll software that can manage and automate payroll processes such as attendance and overtime management. Click on the links given below in the signature and try it for free.

This is Manjunath. I have a doubt regarding Payroll. Earlier, I worked as a Sr. Executive in Payroll using Saral Paypack. I left that organization, but currently, where I am working, the company uses Tally ERP 9 for the payroll process. Will this be helpful for my future career in HR?
