Dear All!!!!
I am working in a manufacturing company in the payroll dept.We have three types of staff, Office staff, store staff and the workers.The workers are only entitled to have the overtime.Can any body help me put with a formula to calculate the overtime for the workers. I am trying to make a system in excel to calculate the leaves, late coming attendance etc. But only in calculating the overtime of the workers am not been able to do that.Would be very grateful if any body kindly help me out from this situation.

I left that organization, but currently, where I am working, the company uses Tally ERP 9 for the payroll process. Will this be helpful for my future career in HR?
