Greetings !!! My previous company was working on the road construction project, but that project was terminated & before termination of that project monthly salaries of all employees engaged on that project was delayed for five months;
1. The project was terminated in August 2016.
2. Salary was paid up to February 2016.
3. Company also not deposited the PF contribution after February 2016.
4. As the PF amount is due company didn't mention EPF End Date in online portal.
5. Because of that we are unable to process online withdrawal.
6. Discussed with company up to company do not pay the pending amount can declare as left employees.
7. We applied for advance online, which we received but still there is a lot of money stuck in pf.
May I request to please advise on above subject matter.

file physical claim form 13 duly signed by previous employer to old epf office for transfer to new account
