Hi All, If an employee is not satisfied with the management decision related to sitting arrangement due to having discomfort and issue has not been properly heard and resolved by Mgt. and HR , can the employer say to employee for immediate resignation or do terminate ?
Also if employer sent resignation letter and it has not been accepted by employee, can employer transfer money as for notice pay?
What are the measures that has to be taken by employee against this ?
