Hello Everyone!

I am currently working in a Herbalife International India Pvt. Ltd. distributor office, and I am the only employee in this office. They have no leave policy and do not provide any salary slip. Now my question is, "Does my experience count or not? How should I show my salary to another company for a raise? Please guide me.

I have worked here for 6 months, and I plan to resign from my current job in May.

Hi, At the time of relieving you may request with your employer for experience cum relieving letter wherein they will certify your salary and period of work which you can use for job searching.

You can as well request for a letter of acknowledgement from your employer. However go ahead to request for the salary pay slip which is also important.

Thank you to all of you for your reply.

One more thing, I have to design a salary slip for myself. Please help me by providing the proper salary format for Delhi city. My salary is 25k per month. If I am on leave, my employer deducts my salary according to the number of leaves taken.

Jyoti Dixit
