As per your request, normally the details given below are followed, and other components are also included based on the company.
Basic:
- HRA (40 to 50% in metro cities, 50% in other cities, 405)
- Conveyance
- Medical Allowance
- Bonus (8.33% of Basic)
- Project Allowances (Adjustment amount added to this component)
All of the above fall under Gross Salary. After deductions for PF, ESI, and PT from the gross salary, the net salary is calculated.
