Are you going to take up the project work after completing the 'internship' or is this itself part of your project? That apart, what are your majors – Marketing as well as HR? If yes, what specialties can you extract from the syllabus of these subjects/papers so that I can think about suggesting? Much would depend on the target which you are planning to make for the project. Without that being finalized, it's not proper to consider topics for the project.
I could guess you are concentrating on HR areas rather than Marketing, which is evident from your choice areas viz.,
- Quality of work life (do you mean to say 'work-life balance' in one's or a group of employees' career?)
- Social Responsibility - (Is there anything relevant to CSR (Company's Social Responsibilities) obligations under the Companies Act? If not, what do you have in mind?
- Corporate Communication - (Is it anything that pertains to the channel of communication within an organization or between company to company?)
- Employee motivation - (Are you talking about incentive schemes, motivational tools, career development/advancement, training & retraining, etc.?)
- Emotional Intelligence (Something relevant to the concepts, applications of principles thereof in day-to-day affairs of technical & non-technical areas of an organization?)
- Employee Welfare Measures (Though one of many HR-related areas of projects students opt for, but not many nowadays, though it has not lost relevance in unorganized sectors.)
