Dear sir, With ref. to the latest order of the Supreme Court on Monday(01/04/2019) paved the way for higher pension ,we would like to update that my company is contributing EPF contributions on ceiling rate @5000/6500/ and 15000/ in the A/c No 01 and 10 .
Are we eligible for higher rate of monthly pension on actual salary (basic+ D.A) w.e.f date of coverage in 1987?
