RIP. My deep condolences.
I appreciate your efforts Mr.Ranganathan trying to help your colleague's brieved family.
I'm reminded of one of my best friends (whose name was Ranganathan) who died while in service in a tragic road accident when he was riding his scooter. That apart,
You have not provided enough details about your co. whether the deceased was covered by any insurance, EDLI/ESI. There appears not much would be due from the employer's side as he would have not completed not even one year of service. Was this incident occurred while he was travelling to or fro to office or inside your premises (in the course of employment?). If yes we have to study the applicability of Employees Compensation act to him, that's why I need some information about your organisation and how this incident happened. This will help me to find out ways & means pl.

@Kumar. S, Sir he is not covered ESI, Only Provident fund applied. in that aspect which form will get maximum benefit.
for example (form 20 or form 10d or Form 5 ) based on his short service.
it is not an accident, natural death only.
thanks and regards
P.S. Ranganathan.
