We are an outsourcing company (call centre ) which runs 24/7. However, now the principal company is not paying for the manpower working on Sunday and holidays.
This is proving to be quite an HR crisis- What is the way out?

Does the Contract for Services include clauses regarding payment for the services rendered on Sundays and other holidays on behalf of the Principal? If not, you may consider not providing services on said days.
