Hi all, I have resigned on-site and I can't serve a full 90 days. There is a service agreement and also a deputation agreement that was signed. I have another offer which I have accepted and have to join soon. I tried to reason with the management, but they insist I serve 90 days back in India. The service agreement says a 50k fine and also arbitration for other damages. What can I do in this case?
1) If I drop them an email saying I would not come to work from xx date and have submitted my company card to xx and the laptop. I don't possess any other material. Also, there is no knowledge that is only available with me.
2) If I drop them an email saying I would not come to work from xx date and have submitted my company card to xx and the laptop. I don't possess any other material. Also, there is no knowledge that is only available with me. And willing to buy out the rest of the period required.
Can I join another company after this? Or do I have to wait a certain time before joining it? How can I have full and final settlement? Also, what will happen to the relieving letter?
Note: Legal status to work and stay is compliant in the country.

Also, to add: Employee signs an overseas deputation agreement while traveling to the Netherlands. If the employee resigns or leaves the organization while overseas, is the overseas deputation agreement, which was signed in India, still valid? The salary is paid in the Netherlands, and it is important to note that it is under an ICT visa.
