I would like to request you to kindly share with me how an Mr. X Employee can withdraw his EPF in the following scenario:
- Mr. X Employee worked for company ABC for a total of 23 months.
- Company ABC only paid the salary for 14 months, out of which the company paid the employee and employer shares of EPF money to the department for only 10 months.
- Now, the company ABC has shut down its business and cannot be reached by any of the employees. Furthermore, Company ABC updated Mr. X Employee's last working day in the EPF portal as the completion date of 23 months.
