This is Sanjay. I have worked almost 5.5 years in consultancy and now I have the opportunity to work as an HR-Admin Manager in a resort company. Can anybody help me with how to start the operations? I have experience in recruitment and selection, and now I need a complete HR-Admin job description. I have to start the HR department from scratch. Please provide me with all the relevant details. I also need help with writing official letters, so I require templates for various official letter formats.
I need assistance soon as I am joining on the 1st of December, and I want to impress my boss with my work. Please help me out.

As a manager, you would be expected to carry out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks, organize and supervise all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, and be responsible for the supervision of the office, records management, and general business administration.
You will also contribute to the team through your ability to find solutions, being a port of call for all staff members, a genuine desire to improve the office environment, consistently high performance, a willingness to 'get things done,' and a confident approach with a team of strong personalities.

- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Minimum 1 year's experience of regular Excel use.
