In EPFO site, when approving the file, we are not seeing the signature in the final step to provide the DSC password. We have installed Java 181 and are using Internet Explorer 11. Additionally, we have enabled all features in ActiveX controls and added the site to the trusted sites and Java lists. We have attached the error. Please send the solution for this issue.

In the EPFO site, when approving the file, we are not able to see the signature in the final step due to an unexpected error with the DSC. We have installed Java 8.1 and are using Firefox version 45. We have also enabled all features in ActiveX controls and added the site to the trusted sites list.
