No, unless and until: a) it is specified in the settlement, b) notice of change has been given under section 9(A) of the ID Act, or c) a new settlement has been reached where it has been agreed to discontinue a particular benefit.

The benefit extended by virtue of a settlement cannot be withdrawn at whim unless it is decided in another settlement that the benefit is being withdrawn or will continue until the period specified in the settlement.
