Dear All,
I am working in a small company incorporated in May'07, & would like to apply for PF Code for my company.
Now the question/problem is that the company promoters having some other small companies, and all the employees (total strength is around 20) salary have sifted in account of new company (for which i am applying for PF) w.e.f. Sep'07. Appointment letters also issued them is also on the name of old company. The following question is arise:-
1. How can I show these employees on the new company payroll.
2. How can I show these employees in attandence register.
3. If I am applying for PF Code in Dec., than should I deduct the PF from the Dec. month salary onward.
4. After dedcution of PF how we can submitt it in Bank (Proccedure).
Please help me on the above matters.

Dear Dev,
First create a separate PF code for your new company by applying the PF Registration form to the concern PF office and enroll your old employees in to your new company and then transfer their funds from your old company acount to new one.
* IT IS TO TRANSFER THEIR PF ACCOUNT TO THE PRESENT / NEW ACCOUNT OF PF.

Dear Member,
If all the small companies owners/directors are same, you can amalgamate all small companies under one registration under the companies act. Produce these certificate before the EPF authorities and get a common employer code (New/Old). Transfer all old EPF contributions to the New (Common) Employer code and submit Tranfer Form (Form 13 Revised) for every member covered under EPF.
