May you begin with reading employment-related laws applicable to establishments -- industrial and/or commercial, both -- and include and begin with, inter alia, The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013. This ensures that the total workforce is/remains dedicated and devoted to creating wealth.
