I have pursued Engineering in E&C and MBA in HR. Since I am a fresher, now I'm working as a recruiter in an outsourcing agency.
I wanted to be a professional HR, but as we all know, it's quite difficult to secure an HR position with MNCs. So, my query is, if I do some certifications like SAP HR or HR generalist courses, would it be really helpful for my career growth? Please suggest me.

It is not mandatory that you should get into an MNC to build your career. The thing you should grow is your fire and passion for the same.
