Can you do let me know the buffer time followed for the logout cabs which are facilitated for the employees. If their are any policies to this. Do share the same.

There would be a grace period of 15 to 10 minutes for employees in any company either it is by their own transport or through the company provided transport.
But company provided bus,van,cab are supposed to be arriving on time in general,but any where traffic jams,delays by employee, unforeseen break downs may happen,that is why grace period is provided.
You can draft a policy on yourself for this basing on your organization conditions.
