Please read the text of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder, gazetted on 9.12.2013. You will do better to also read the Vishaka Judgment of our Honourable Supreme Court of India to begin with.
Under Section 4 of the aforementioned Act 2013, an Internal Committee is to be constituted by every employer of organizations by nominating four members, 50% of whom shall be women, including the presiding officer who shall always be a woman employee - 3 from amongst employees and the 4th member from non-employees fulfilling the prescribed qualifications/virtues. Comply with the provisions faithfully and properly.
