Normally it take 15-20 days. Because Income Tax Department send PAN Card through ordinary mail. You mentioned that you have applied on 2nd November. Probaly Income Tax Department have sent you your PAN Card. You cant do anything except wait. You can call on Income Tax Coustomer Care No. they will give you the information about your PAN Card.

Hi, It will hardly 15 days. But in some cases it will be issued within 10days also. You can also check the pan card status in online with your acknoweldgement number of application. Regards Nirmala
