Some of our employees are unable to withdraw from their PF accounts because they are illiterate. They opened their accounts with their thumbprints and cannot sign their names.

"Employees who use their thumbprint in the bank and cannot have a cheque issued cannot withdraw their PF. Please suggest a solution."

Such employees must have had their bank passbook issued with a verified photograph. Please have their KYC pdated with passbook records, aadhaar and PAN. This should suffice.

PAN card or Aadhar card mein Date of Birth same hai, lekin PF office mein alag hai (difference of 3 years). Date of Birth change ke liye joint declaration form (proof include - Aadhar card, PAN card) bhi dene ke baad Form-19 reject ho gaya. Why?
